After getting his start as an electrician in Michigan in the 1970s, Hoover started out his fledgling business small, as he and his Hoover team provided electric services to commercial properties. As the team grew stronger, so too did their following of customers, and Hoover expanded into a full-service business, serving residential properties and offering maintenance, renovation, design-build, and project consulting assistance.
